Dry crisp, light to medium bodied - Pale straw with feint lime green rim, this is a classic Western Australian white blend.
Off - dry, light to medium bodied, distinguished by zesty citrus acid and a herbal and tropical flavours to the finish. The wine is refreshing and finely balanced light bodied dry white wine. The blend is 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Semillon harvested after a cool season.
