Tasting Notes : This wine is a straw gold in colour, with tinges of green. The bouquet displays ripe citrus and stone fruit aromatics with complex, refined characters of cashew nut and honeycomb. Subtle malt and brioche nuances are derived from the barrel fermentation and extended lees contact. The bouquet follows onto a richly textured and mouth-filling palate, with flavours of white peach, lemon citrus and lightly toasted oak. Extended lees maturation has provided a creaminess and richness to the wine. A wine presenting wonderful complexity and freshness with great length of flavour.
