A modern amber ale, Fancy Pants is a higher ABV evolution of Mountain Goat's Hightail Ale. By upping the malts and hops before dry-hopping with Galaxy, Fancy Pants has a rich, toffee-malt body with hints of spice and fruitiness, before ending on toasty, slightly bitter, notes.
