Winemaking:
A fruit-driven sparkling red with a deep
concentrated colour. This wine has lifted raspberry, plum and blackcurrant aromas on the nose. Rich, ripe berry fruit flavours combine with subtle chocolate and enticing savoury characters. It has plenty of flavour and a soothing, creamy texture in the mouth. The finish is firm without being dry or overtly sweet.
