Our Mild Ale is brewed to be lower in alcohol, not lower in flavour. Coopers unique flavour and cloudy appearance derives from our brewing method of top fermentation followed by natural conditioning. A small amount of yeast Is added to our beer just before packaging to enable secondary fermentation which carbonates the beer and enhances the flavour.
