The De Bortoli family philosophy is to produce wine with character, imagination and with a 'sense of place'. The 2013 Yarra Valley Vintage produced Chardonnay with balance and purity. Aromas of citrus and nectarine with subtle use of oak led to a fine textural palate. Perfect with John Dory.
