TASTING NOTES : The Grant Burge 5th Generation Sauvignon Blanc is pale, almost white in colour. The bouquet displays tropical fruit flavours of passionfruit, pineapple and guava with citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, and the grounded herbaceous characters of snow pea, asparagus and capsicum. This wine has incredible punch and density of flavour, with just a hint of funky complexity and textural interest to an otherwise crisp and smooth palate. The finish exhibits crunchy natural acidity for excellent vibrancy and length with persistence of flavour that will make this wine a genuine crowd pleaser for Sauvignon Blanc fanatics. Sauvignon Blanc makes a great accompaniment to fresh fish dishes.
