Tasting Notes : The colour is a brilliant dark red with a scarlet hue. The nose displays intense aromas of mulberry and cassis combined with chocolate and roasted coffee beans. Oak maturation provides charry and vanillin undertones. The flavoursome fruit driven palate showcases red berry, black current and plum fruits combined with hints of mint and chocolate. Fine tannins and supple acidity lend structure and length. A wine to be enjoyed upon release, or will reward those who patiently cellar for 3-5 years.
