Tasting Notes : The colour is a brilliant dark red with crimson hues. Intensely aromatic, the Houghton Shiraz displays red berry and blueberry fruit combined with dark chocolate, vanillin and white pepper spices. The palate is bright and flavoursome showing cherry and blueberry fruits, light oak chariness and spice with silky fine grained tannins providing good length and structure.
