The grapes for this wine were sourced from premium growers in South Australia. Soils are predominantly red sandy loam over limestone, on gently undulating east west ridges.
Whilst it is primarily a fruit driven wine, some complex yeast flavours are also evident and the fi nish is soft and clean.
The lasting spritz makes this a great celebratory wine for any occasion.
