The 5th Generation Cabernet Merlot is a classic blend that combines the elegant structure and vibrant fruit characters of Cabernet Sauvignon, with the plummy softness of Merlot. Deep red/purple in colour this wine has a rich and varied bouquet of blackcurrant, redcurrant, sage and dark chocolate. The mid-palate is soft and rich with dark fruit flavours and well integrated oak that adds spice to the flavour profile.
